Refer A Friend FAQ
Existing customers will receive a $50 gift card (vendor chosen by BTPS).
Rewards are sent electronically by email within 14 business days after your friend’s (the new customer’s) project is completed and fully paid.
Gift cards are typically delivered electronically by email, but BTPS may choose a different delivery method at its discretion (such as mailing a physical card).
Please double-check that both the existing customer’s and new customer’s email addresses are correct at the time of booking. Once an e-gift card is sent, it cannot be canceled, reissued, or resent. If the recipient does not receive or redeem the e-gift card, BTPS is not responsible for replacement.
Once a gift card is issued, delivery and redemption are the responsibility of the vendor (Amazon, Visa, etc.). BTPS is not responsible for vendor delays or technical issues outside of our control.
New customers will receive $50 OFF their first sealing project, applied to their final invoice balance.
No. The discount is only applied to the final balance after the project is completed and paid in full.
There is no limit — the more friends you refer, the more gift cards you earn.
No. Only one existing customer may be listed as the referrer for each new customer booking.
No. Rewards and discounts have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
The new customer must mention your name (the existing customer) at the time of booking. Referrals claimed after booking are not eligible. No exceptions.
No. The referral program is for homeowners only. Employees, vendors, and business partners of BTPS are not eligible.
Yes. BTPS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the program at any time without notice.
Fraudulent activity or abuse of the program will void eligibility for rewards.
